These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Arise Digital Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Arise Digital Systems LLC provides website design, Google Business Profile management, review request automation, customer texting, and related digital services for home-service businesses. Plans are billed monthly (Get Found $300/month, Get Ahead $600/month) with no long-term contract and may be cancelled at any time. Optional add-ons are available at additional cost.
Money-Back Guarantee
There is no setup fee. If you are not totally satisfied within 30 days of starting, you may request a full refund. After the guarantee period, monthly fees are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time without further obligation.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, including services, rates, and service areas.
- Supply logos, photos, and other materials needed to build your website.
- Review and approve work in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content or images you provide to us.
Payment
Monthly fees are billed in advance. You are responsible for all charges until cancellation. Ad campaign management, where applicable, is billed separately, and ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the content we create for your website, excluding any third-party templates, fonts, or stock imagery. We retain the right to display our work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arise Digital Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our services.
Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date.
